Pre-heat oven to 200ºC. Chop onion, garlic, coriander and tomato. Heat up a dash of oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic for 5 min. Heat a dash of olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Place the hake in the pan with skin side down. Add ginger, fish sauce (it is strong, so regulate according to your liking) and half of the coriander to the sauce. paso 6 paso 6Cooking step by step
The potatoes:
Cut potatoes in half and place on a baking tray. Add a dash of olive oil and season with salt.
Cook for 25 min or until crispy and cooked through.Mise en place:
Peel and grate ginger. The stir-fry I:
Add tomato and condiment with salt and pepper.
Lower the heat and let simmer for 15 min.
If it dries out, just add a spoon of water now and again.The hake:
Cook 2 min, condiment with salt and pepper.
Turn over and squeeze the lime on top.
