Jacket potato with minced beef and cheese

The potatoes:

“Paint” potatoes with olive oil.
Bake 20 min, flip and bake 20 min more.

Mise en place:

Chop onion and chives.

The beef:

Sauté onion in a dash of oil.
Add minced beef and cook over medium-low heat.
Add tomato sauce and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cream cheese and cook 15 min over low heat.
Stir occasionally. 

The "jacket potato":

Cut the potato lengthwise without opening it completely.
Put the filling in the middle of the potato.
Add cheese and make “au gratin” in the oven until cheese has melted.
Finish with chopped chives.
