Rosemary steak with cauliflower mash and green beans

Water for potatoes and cauliflower:

Bring lightly salted water to the boiling point.

Prepare the ingredients:

Peel potatoes and cut the tips of the beans. Cut potatoes into 1 cm cubes.
Chop garlic, cut lemon in half and separate rosemary leaves from its branches.
Cut cauliflower into small pieces equal to the potato.
Grate parmesan.

Potato and cauliflower:

When the water boils, add potato and cauliflower.
Boil 15 min. 

The beans:

Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add beans, half a glass of water and season with salt and pepper.
Saute until the water evaporates and the beans take a little color.
Remove and set aside covered. 

The steak:

In the same frying pan, fry the meat to desired doneness. Set aside to rest on a plate or cutting board.
Add a dash of oil, garlic and rosemary leaves to the frying pan. Saute 1 min.
Squeeze the lemon on top and stir. Remove from heat.
Your sauce is ready! 

The mash:

When the cauliflower and the potato are done, drain everything and add a splash of oil and season with salt and pepper. Puree with minipimer, blender or fork.
Towards the end, add incorporate parmesan.
Serve with the steak and the beans.
