Rigatoni in creamy chorizo and harissa sauce

The vegetables:

Chop garlic, onion, and chives.
Remove seeds from olives and cut olives into slices.
Cut chorizo into small cubes. 

Las verduras - Rigatoni de harissa

The sauce:

Heat oil in a frying pan or pot and sauté onion and garlic over medium heat. Add chorizo and cook 3 min over low heat. Save some chorizo cubes for garnish.
Add tomato, harissa and boil 5 min. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and olives. Stir well and cook 3 min over low heat.

The pasta:

Boil pasta in lightly salted water for about 8-10 min until al dente.
Drain and mix with the sauce. 

Your meal:

Finish the plate with fresh chives and chorizo cubes.

Mezcla brotes tiernos con zumo de limón restante, un chorrito de aceite de oliva y salpimentar.
Emplata el salmón y adereza con la salsa verde. Sirve con ensalada y zanahorias.
