Mise en place:

Cut red cabbage into thin slices.
Grate cheddar cheese.
Chop cilantro. 

Prepara los ingredientes - Tacos de ternera

The beef mince:

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry beef mince a few minutes until it get some colour.
Add spices and stir well.
Add tomato sauce and cook 1 more minute. 

The tacos:

Heat the tortillas a little in the microwave or oven.
Serve your tacos using the tortilla as a base, then add beef and top with red cabbage, cheddar cheese, Greek yoghurt, sriracha and cilantro.
