Put rice, water, and a pinch of salt in a pot (2 measures of water for each measure of rice). Fry chicken on both sides until fully cooked; 8-10 minutes per side over medium heat. Wash and cut the pak choi into quarters lengthwise. The rice:
Bring to a boil and lower the heat to a minimum.
Simmer covered for 15 minutes or until the rice has absorbed the water.The chicken:
Flip the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
When it’s almost done, add the teriyaki sauce and coat the fillets. Set aside.
