Preheat the oven to 220ºC, heat above and below. Place chicken and tomatoes on an oven tray. Dress with olive oil and a little of the dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Grate cauliflower. Place couscous in a bowl. Mix couscous with the cauliflower stir fry. Add the remaing dressing. paso 6 paso 6Cooking step by step
The dressing:
Chop chives. Set aside.
Squeeze lemon.
Mix lemon juice, honey and add a tablespoon of olive oil. The oven:
Bake 15 min approx. or until done. When cut the juice comes out clear (not pink) when done. The cauliflower:
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté cauliflower with chives..
Season with salt and pepper.
Sauté for about 4-5 min. The couscous:
Add 1½ measure of boiling water for 1 measure of couscous.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and let sit 10 minutes. Your meal:
