Strawberry avocado salad with blue cheese and chia seed dressing

This salad is the perfect spring meal in which the strawberries (that are now at their best!) takes a central role. The sweetness of the strawberries is counterbalanced by the saltiness of the blue cheese. The dish is seductive to the eye because of all the colours and pleasant to the palate for its flavours. Meal rich in vitamins and iron. #Vegetarian

Mise en place:

Cut strawberries in quarters and the avocado in similar size pieces.
Cut the almonds in half, lengthwise.
Cut the onion in julienne.
Squeeze the lime and add honey, olive oil, salt and pepper to the juice. Stir well.

In a salad bowl, or directly on the plates, make your salad with fruits and vegetables, almonds, shredded blue cheese and top with the lime dressing and chia seeds.
