Pork souvlaki with tzatziki and warm potato salad

The potatoes:

Bring water with a pinch of salt to a boil.
Cut the potatoes in half (lengthwise).
Add the potatoes to the boiling water and boil for about 15 min.

Prepare the ingredients:

In a bowl put: lemon zest, one clove of chopped garlic, meat cut into 3 cm pieces, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Massage the meat with the ingredients and make skewers with the meat.
Season with oregano.

To the frying pan or the grill:

Make the skewers and put them in the frying pan or on the grill until the meat is cooked. 

The tzatziki:

Chop the other clove of garlic and peel the cucumber.
Remove the seeds with a spoon and cut in half moons.
Mix half of the cucumber with yogurt and garlic.
Condiment with salt and pepper. 

The salad:

Cut cherry tomatoes in half and onion in julienne. Put all in a bowl next to olives, potatoes, cucumber (that was left over) and squeeze the lemon on top.
Add a dash of olive oil and condiment with salt and pepper.
