In a bowl mix minced beef with chipotle (adding the amount to your liking since it is a hot sauce). Season with salt and pepper. Chop garlic and coriander. Cut onion and pepper into julienne. Cook the meatballs on all sides in a frying pan with a dash of oil, approx. 5min. Once cooked set aside.
