Prepare the vegetables:

Chop half the coriander, remove separate the leaves of the other half.
Cut onion into julienne and mushrooms into quarters.
Cut avocado and feta cheese into cubes.
Squeeze half of the lime.

Prepara las verduras - Tacos de alubias negras

The filling:

Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan.
Sauté onion and mushrooms until golden.
Add chipotle, beans (rinsed), chopped cilantro, feta cheese, and lime juice.
Mix and season with salt and pepper.

The tacos:

Heat the tortillas in a frying pan and place on your plate.
Place filling on top of the tortilla and add avocado and coriander leaves. Squeeze some lime over the taco.
