Japanese style Yakisoba with chicken, veggies and katsuobushi

Sōsu Yakisoba or Yakisoba, literally fried noodles, is considered a Japanese dish but originated in China and is technically a derivative of Chinese chow mein. It first appeared in food stalls in Japan at some point during the early 20th century. Here we mix it up with chicken and some katsuobushi (dried, fermented, and smoked skipjack tuna) flakes on top. Meal rich in protein and vitamin C.
