Cut tomato into wedges. Mix tomato, coriander, avocado and lime juice in a bowl. Heat a dash of oil in a pot and add onion and red pepper. Heat the tortillas for a few seconds in the microwave oven. paso 5 paso 6 paso 6Cooking step by step
The vegetables:
Cut onion and pepper into julienne.
Cut avocado into cubes.
Squeeze half the lime, cut the other half into wedges.
Chop cilantro. The salad:
Add a dash of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Give it a stir to mix the ingredients. The stir fry:
Cook over medium heat for about 8 min.
Add the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook another 5 min.
Add beans and sweet chili sauce. Mix well and cook 5 min over low heat. Add a little water if you see that it gets dry. The fajitas:
