Sesame soy tofu noodle bowl with tahini

Turning tofu into something tasty is a challenge – it’s all about the flavours. We propose a sesame infused dish; on one hand through the tahini-based dressing, and on the other through the toasted sesame seeds on top. Healthy, easy and delicious! Meal rich in iron and protein. #Vegan

Prepare the ingredients:

Cut onion into julienne.
Slice pepper.
Mince garlic and ginger.
Cut tofu into 1-2 cm cubes.

The noodles:

Bring salted water to a boil. Cook for 8-10 min. Then drain and set aside.

To the wok:

In a wok or skillet, heat a dash of oil and sauté garlic, ginger, onion and pepper – 4-5 min. Set aside.
In the same wok, add another dash of oil and fry tofu until golden all around. Season with salt and pepper. 

The sauce:

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, tahini, sriracha and juice of half the lime. 

The mix:

In the wok, mix veggies, tofu, noodles and sauce. Turn off the heat and serve your meal. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve with a wedge of lime.
