Beef steak with rice and portobello mushrooms

The name of the portobello mushroom comes from Italy. They say that the old cappellone mushroom is the same mushroom that ended up being called portobello. The portobello mushroom, apart from being delicious, is an excellent source of copper, riboflavin and potassium: a single portobello mushroom contains more potassium than a banana.

The rice:

Put rice, water and a pinch of salt in a pot.
(2 cups of water for each cup of rice)
Bring to a boil and turn the heat to low.
Boil covered 10-15 min or until the rice has absorbed the water.

Mise en place:

Slice mushrooms.
Chop parsley.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Squeeze lemon. 

The mushrooms:

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add mushrooms, parsley and cook until golden. 10 min approximately over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Once done, mix with the cooked rice. 

The steak:

Heat oil in a frying pan.
Fry meat on both sides until the desired point of doneness.
Season with salt and pepper.

The salad:

Mix tomatoes, oregano, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
