Sweet potato burger with guacamole and slaw on red cabbage

The oven:

Pre-heat the oven to 220°C.
Part sweet potato on the long side and put it on a baking sheet. Add some oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes or until the sweet potato is tender.
TIP: If you want to shorten the time in the oven, bake the sweetpotato in the microwave first for 5-7min at max. potency.

The guacamole:

Peel the avocado and mince the meat with a fork in a bowl. Squeeze lemon (1/2 per avocado) over the avocado. Chop onion (1/4 per avocado), garlic (1 clove per avocado), tomato (1/2 per avocado) and coriander.
Add all to the bowl. Add salt and spicy paprika.
Stir and set aside.

The slaw:

Halfway through the cooking of the sweet potato, after 15 minutes, turn it over.
The slaw:
Cut the red cabbage in fine strips and put it in a bowl.
Add vinegar, brown sugar and some salt. Stir and set aside.

The other ingredients:

Mince onion and garlic. (All what you have left after making the guacamole.)
Fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Set aside. 

Your burger:

When done, remove the skin from the sweet potato.
Put it in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the beans and continue mashing in order to mince the beans.
Incorporate fried onion and garlic, sweet paprika, spicy paprika, wheat flour, quinoa and condiment with salt and pepper. Stir well.

To the frying pan:

Heat oil in a pan.
Make patties in the pan with the help of two spoons.
Fry over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side. Be careful when filpping.
Serve the burgers on bread with the red cabbage salad and the guacamole.
