Cut half of the oranges into wedges. Place one measure of boiling water for one measure of couscous in a bowl. Drain chickpeas and mix with the couscous (separate the grains with a fork) Mix orange juice with tahini. To the bowl with the chickpeas add black olives, onion, orange wedges, and avocado. Cut avocado into cubes and julienne onion.
Remove the pits from the olives and chop them.
