Chicken salad with tahini dressing

Lettuce is the queen of our salads, but not all lettuces are the same. Romaine lettuce is a highly nutritious and great-tasting variety. Green leaf, long and crisp. It is one of the varieties that has the most vitamins and properties, with a high content of minerals and Omega 3. Today it is used as the base for a chicken salad, thus creating a light but nutritious meal.

The chicken:

Coat chicken breasts with the spice mix.
Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and cook over medium heat on both sides until cooked through.
The chicken is done when the juices run clear (not pink) when pierced with a fork or knife.

The salad:

Cut the base of the lettuce and wash the leaves.
Wash and cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Set aside. 

The dressing:

Cut lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a bowl.
Add tahini, mayonnaise and a dash of olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir well.
Set aside. 

Your meal:

Cut chicken breasts into 1-2 cm slices.
Place the lettuce on a plate to serve as base for your salad. Add tomatoes, chicken and croutons on top.
Finish with tahini dressing.
