Mise en place:

Peel and cut the orange in wedges.
Peel and cut the onion in julienne.
Peel and cut half of the avocado into cubes.
Wash the beans in a colander.
Remove the coriander leaves from their branches.

Mingle:

Mix everything in a large bowl with corn, mixed greens and quinoa. 

The dressing:

Peel the rest of the avocado and put it in a bowl.
Squeeze lime and mandarin over the avocado.
Add cumin, spicy paprika, brown sugar, salt, pepper and a dash of oil.
Mince it all together with the blender until obtaining a homogeneous sauce. 

Your meal:

Serve your salad with the dressing.
