Mise en place:

Chop the garlic, set one clove aside for later.
Chop the coriander.
Peel and grate half of the carrots.
Peel and make slices with the peeler for the rest of the carrots.
Wash the lettuce and separate the leaves. 

Mise en place - Falafel de zanahoria en pita

The mixture:

Drain the chickpeas and mash them in a bowl with a fork.
Add grated carrot, chopped coriander, chopped garlic, cumin, and chickpea flour. Season with salt and pepper and work the mixture until you have a dough.

The falafel:

Heat just a few drops of oil in a frying pan.
Shape the mixture into small balls with your hands and fry them on both sides over medium heat until they are golden, about 3 minutes per side.  

The dressing:

Chop the remaining garlic.
Squeeze the lemon.
In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic, tahini, lemon juice, and Väcka Filä. Season with salt and pepper.

Your meal:

Toast the pita bread in a toaster or in a frying pan.
Open the pita with a knife.
Serve the falafel in the pita bread with lettuce, carrot slices, and dressing.
