The noodles:

Boil noodles for 7-8 minutes in lightly salted water.

Mis en place:

Slice onion and cabbage into julienne.
Peel and matchstick-cut carrot.
Wash and slice bell peppers (red and green) into rounds.
Cut tofu into small cubes, 1-2 cm.

To the wok:

Heat a dash of oil in a wok or a frying pan.
Add tofu and fry until done. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Add another dash of oil and stir-fry onion, carrot, cabbage, and bell pepper until tender but slightly crispy; 5-8 minutes.  

The yakisoba:

Add tofu, noodles, and yakisoba sauce to the pan with the vegetables. Mix everything well and adjust the flavour with salt if needed. 

Your meal:

Divide among plates and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
