In a pot, combine rice with the double amount of water (1 cup rice + 2 cups water) and a pinch of salt. Cut onion into julienne and chop tomato and carrot. Sauté cumin seeds, onion and carrot: 3-4 min. Add spices (spicy! You can add some here and the rest after trying), chickpeas and yoghurt.
