Preheat the oven to 200ºC, heat above and below. Mix honey, sumac, sweet paprika, and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Soak chicken on all sides with half of the marinade. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven until done. When cut, the juice will be transparent, if it is pink you have to leave it in a little longer. (Save half of the marinade for the stir-fry.) Peel and cut apple into thin slices. Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan.
