The vegetables:

Slice spring onion finely.
Cut red cabbage into julienne.
Break eggs into a bowl and beat.

The sauce:

Mix honey, soy and ketchup in a bowl. 

The mix:

To the bowl of beaten eggs add flour, sesame oil, red
cabbage and spring onion.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well. 

The okonomiyaki:

Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan.
Add the mix to make a ‘pancake’ for each person. (If there are two of you, repeat this step etc.)
Cook 3 min approx over medium heat.
Flip the pancake over and cook the other side until crisp.

The final touch:

Paint your okonomiyaki with the sauce.
Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
