Preheat the oven to 220ºC, heat above and below. Chop chives and cut into small cubes: carrot, celery, onion and pepper. Heat a dash of oil in a pot. Place sweet potato in a pot and cover with water. Place the sauce in a baking tray. paso 6 paso 6Cooking step by step

Cut sweet potato into slightly larger cubes.The sauce:
Saute carrot, onion, celery and pepper over medium heat for 5 min approx.
Add minced meat. Season with salt and peppr. Mix well. Add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, meat stock, half a glass of water and mix well.
Let boil 8 min. Add water if it dries out. The puree:
Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes, until tender when pierced with a fork.
Drain and mash with blender or fork.
Add chives and a dash of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. The pie:
Spread the puree on top.
