Lemony chicken with feta and spinach risoni

The risoni:

Bring salted water to a boil. Add the risoni and boil for 6-8 min. Drain and mix with the spinach. Set aside under lid.

Prepare the ingredients:

Dice tomatoes and cut lemon in thin slices.
Cut onion in julienne and mince garlic.
From each chicken breast, cut 3 fillets. 

To the pan:

Season the chicken with oregano, salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat oil in a large frying pan or skillet. Add chicken, then onion and garlic. Cook until chicken is done, 3-4 min per side. 

The veggies:

Remove the chicken from the pan and add lemon and tomato. Mix with the fried onion and let cook 4 min.

Your meal:

Divide risoni between plates and place chicken on top.
Add veggies and crumble feta on top.
