The sweet potato:
Peel and cut sweet potato into long strips.
Spread them on a baking sheet and add a dash of olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake 10-15 minutes.The chicken:
Peel and chop ginger. Add it to the bowl with Sambal Oelek, honey, soy sauce and a dash of olive oil. Mix well.
When the sweet potato has spent 10-15 minutes in the oven, add the chicken to the tray and bake everything (sweet potato + chicken) 15 more minutes (or until everything is ready). The yoghurt sauce:
Chop coriander.
Mix onion, coriander, vinegar and yogurt.
Season with salt and pepper and stir well. The finishing touch:
