The rice:
Reduce the temperature to a minimum and boil with lid until all the water is absorbed (10-15min).
Reserve in the same pot. Mis en place:
Remove the seeds of the chili and chop it as well.
Peel the ginger and grate it.
Cut the chicken breast into large cubes. The tikka masala:
Add chilli pepper, ginger, spice mix (turmeric and garam masala) and fry a minute.
Add chicken, yogurt, tomato + water (same amount as tomato) brown sugar, salt and stir.
