The oven:

Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, heat above and below.

The potatoes:

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin wedges.
Put them on a sheet pan and add a drizzle of oil and season with salt.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes or until tender inside.

The sauce:

Grate the lemon over the yogurt.
Squeeze half a lemon per unit of yogurt and add the juice. Chop the dill and add it to the yogurt.
Condiment with salt and pepper. Give it a stir and set aside.
Remember to stir the potatoes once in a while!  

When the potatoes are 10 minutes from being done, we start with the broccoli:

Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Boil them in salted water for 1 minute.
Remove the water and set them aside away form the heat, but in the same pot with the lid on, until serving time. 

The salmon:

Heat a frying pan and add a dash of oil. Fry the salmon over medium heat, 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness. 

The finishing touch:

Serve the salmon with potatoes, broccoli and the lemon and dill sauce.
