The soy mince I:

Soak soy mince for a moment to get it to absorb some water. Then drain it before pouring it into the
pan.

Mis en place:

Cut red cabbage into thin slices.
Grate cheddar cheese.
Chop cilantro. 

The soy mince II:

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the soy a few minutes.
Add spices and stir well.
Add tomato sauce and cook 1 more minute. 

The tacos:

Heat the tortillas a little in the microwave or oven.
Serve your tacos using the tortilla as a base, then add soy and top with red cabbage, cheddar cheese,
Greek yogurt, sriracha and cilantro.
