Grilled steaks with crunchy apple and kale salad

The oven:

Preheat the oven to 200ºC, heat above and below.

Mise en place:

Cut potatoes into small cubes.
Cut apple into thin slices.
Separate rosemary leaves from the branches.
Squeeze lemon. 

The potatoes:

Place the potatoes on an oven tray.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and rosemary.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Roast in the oven until tender, 20-30min depending on your oven.  

The salad:

Heat oil in a frying pan.
Sauté kale for a moment. Season with salt and pepper.
Place kale in a bowl and add apple, cashew nuts and cranberries. Garnish with lemon juice and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper. 

The steak:

Heat oil in a frying pan.
Cook steak on both sides to the desired point of doneness. Season with salt and pepper. 

Your meal:

Serve the steak with roasted potatoes and the apple kale salad.
