Tender steaks with roasted broccoli and thyme butter

The day you allow yourself to eat red meat, it better be good! Here Let’s cook proposes a very tasty cut that is fried in its own fat. Mise en place:

Heat the oven to 225ºC.
Cut potatoes into thin sticks and broccoli into smaller florets.
Put it all on a sheet pan and add a dash of olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roast for about 30 min, or until tender while pierced with a fork. Remember to stir now and again.

The thyme butter:

Pick the thyme leaves of the stems and mince the garlic. Mix with the butter and add a pinch of salt.
Stir well.

Your steak:

Season your steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
Fry, or grill, on medium-high heat to your desired doneness.
Serve your steak with potatoes, broccoli and top with the thyme butter.
