Place rice, water, and a pinch of salt in a pot (2 parts water to 1 part rice). Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a minimum. Simmer covered for 12-15 minutes or until the rice has absorbed the water. Cut cabbage into thin strips. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, half of the vinegar, sriracha to taste (spicy!), and a dash of oil.
