Put rice, water and a pinch of salt in a pot. Cut red pepper, garlic and onion in brunoise (finely). Heat a dash of oil in a pot and fry garlic, onion and pepper. Add salt to taste. In a pot, bring water with a pinch of salt to a boil. Pat the meat dry with a paper towel. Serve meat with rice, sauce and broccoli. Serve meat with rice, sauce and broccoli. Cooking step by step
The rice:
(2 cups of water for each cup of rice)
Bring to a boil and lower the heat to a minimum.
Boil covered 15 min or until the rice has absorbed the water.The vegetables:

Once golden brown, add fried tomato, lemon juice, peanut butter and a little water (approx 150ml for each pepper in your kit).

Drain and set aside.The meat:
Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan at medium-high heat.
Cook meat to the desired point of doneness.
Season with salt and pepper.
