Put rice, water and a pinch of salt in a pot (2 cups of water for each cup of rice). Grate, or finely chop, garlic. Mix with soy sauce, 0,5 dl water, brown sugar, vinegar and cornstarch in a small pot. Boil a short moment until it has some texture. Cut broccoli into small bouquets. Fry broccoli a few minutes in a frying pan with a dash of oil. Fry the tofu in a frying pan with a dash of oil. When golden, add the rest of the sauce.
