Wok with rice noodles tofu and vegetables

Today we bring you an oriental meal accompanied by an increasingly common ingredient; Tofu. Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. Prepare the ingredients:

Cut red pepper into strips.
Peel and cut carrot into sticks.
Cut the onion into julienne.
Cut tofu into cubes.
Chop coriander.

The noodles:

Boil noodles 6-8 min in lightly salted water.
Drain and set aside. 

The dressing:

Mix honey, soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
Set aside. 

The wok:

Heat oil in a frying pan.
Sauté carrot, pepper and onion. Add noodles and tofu.
Add dressing and half the coriander. Stir well. (Save some dressing for later.)
Season with salt and pepper. 

Your meal:

Finish your meal with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, coriander, and dressing on top.
